January 1999 Physical Meeting Announcement

The Bay Area Cypherpunks Meeting will be held on 16 January 1999
in Room B1-B2 of the San Jose Convention Center, from 12 noon until 6pm.

IMPORTANT HEADS-UP for January!

The January Cypherpunks Physical Meeting is being held on the THIRD

  Logistics:

  Arrival/Parking:
  The Convention Center is located at 150 W. San Carlos St, San Jose,
  approximately at Lat 37.330933 Long -121.887208  
  The Convention Center is located near I-280 and Rt. 87 Guadeloupe
Expressway.
  Parking inside usually costs about $5, and there are
  competing parking lots and potential street parking nearby.
  Additionally, the San Jose Light Rail is nearby,
  and connects with CalTrain. 

  Building Notes:
  Due to building security requirements (exhibit setups are that day) 
  you will have to enter through the front door on West San Carlos.
  and pick up a badge to make the building people happy.
    (Think of an interesting name for your badge in case you don't
    like the available choices :-)
  
  Meeting Room:
  The B1/B2 rooms will be marked "Cryptographers"
  We'll put up signs indicating the correct door,
   and you can contact Bill or Dave by cell at the numbers below if
  nobody is at the door when you arrive.
