information are provided to help international callers contact us and attend online training and support events with less cost and greater ease-of-use (both are free Internet voice services). However, CRF does not recommend using Skype for any sensitive communications whatsoever and cannot endorse either Skype or Gizmo until they publish their source code. Both services use proprietary encryption algorithms (closed source software = unknown security = not trustworthy) and an attack on Skype's security has been published.
